You’ll gain practical Kanban tools to visualize work, limit multitasking, and deliver results faster, with less stress and more control.

The course can be delivered in Russian or Azerbaijani upon company request.

Learn the Six General Practices of the Kanban Method

  • Visualize - show work and its flow.
  • Limit Work in Progress - stop starting, start finishing!
  • Manage Flow - identify and manage what prevents work from moving smoothly.
  • Make Policies Explicit - create clear, agreed rules visible to everyone.

Want to Learn More?

Our certified Kanban trainers can help you choose the right program for your team or organization.

We already use Scrum. Do we need to stop using Kanban?

Not at all. Kanban can complement Scrum rather than replace it. Many teams successfully use both - Scrum for planning iterations and Kanban for managing the flow of work between them.

Do we need a full Agile transformation before implementing Kanban?

No. Kanban is evolutionary by design. You start with your existing process and introduce gradual, meaningful improvements without disrupting ongoing work.

Is it mandatory to use a Kanban board?

Yes, visualization is one of the core principles of Kanban. A Kanban board helps your team see the entire workflow, identify bottlenecks, and track progress in real time.
